Refund Policy – IPTV Ireland
At IPTV Ireland, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to the digital and immediate delivery of our services (unique activation codes), we do not offer returns or refunds after the order has been confirmed and the IPTV account has been activated. Once an activation code has been delivered, it cannot be revoked, deactivated or transferred to others.
60 Day Service Guarantee
We offer a 60 day service guarantee. In the event of a technical error directly related to our provider or infrastructure, our technical team will do their utmost to rectify the issue as quickly as possible and ensure stable operation.
Incorrect or invalid activation code
If you receive an incorrect or non-working activation code, we will, after checking, offer a replacement code.
If the activation code cannot be activated for an unknown reason, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will then assess the case and determine if a replacement can be provided.
Outages or Performance Issues
In the event of temporary outages, reduced performance, or stability issues, our technical team may update or change servers to improve quality and user experience.
If you experience any problems with installation or activation, we recommend that you contact our customer support with a detailed description of the problem, including any screenshots. Our technicians will guide you step by step.
Refunds
Refunds are only granted in exceptional cases and are assessed individually by our customer service.
